Taking off your high-heels…

Women in high-heels sometimes need to get some rest. A little relief, just some small exercises to get rid of tiredness. I’ve found some tricks for everyday use to avoid backache and save the health of our spine. Obviously it takes more to save our health, but let’s say it’s the first step – a barefoot one – for having lot more fun in your high-heels.
